摘 要:以网络开放课程、课件、学术报告和论文等为典型代表的数字教育资源是教育机构特别是教师的智力成果,资源建设者虽然投入了大量的时间精力和经费,但得不到应有的经济回报,显然是不合理的现象。文章从数字教育资源权益分配问题的时代背景入手,系统梳理了区块链技术用于数字资源权益分配领域的研究现状,研究了数字教育资源权益分配的机理。在此基础上,探讨了依托区块链技术的数字教育资源权益分配的基本思路,为实现基于区块链技术的数字教育资源权益分配提供了方法与路径。The digital educational resources represented by open online courses,courseware,academic reports and papers are the intellectual achievements of educational institutions,especially teachers.Although the resource builders have invested a lot of time,energy and funds,they can not get the due economic return,which is obviously an unreasonable phenomenon.Starting from the historical background of the allocation of rights and interests of digital educational resources,this study systematically combs the research status of blockchain technology used in the field of the allocation rights and interests of digital resources,and studies the mechanism of the allocation of rights and interests of digital educational resources.On this basis,the paper discusses the basic idea of the allocation of rights and interests of digital educational resources based on blockchain technology,and provides a method and path for the realization of the allocation of rights and interests of digital educational resources by blockchain.
