摘  要:立足中国学科实践,以学科的组织化发展为核心,联动知识管理和制度完善的学科建设组织论得以生成。当前,科学发展逐渐转向以交叉学科为标识的大科学时代,学科建设组织论既遭遇概念张力诱发“过度组织化”和“过度知识化”的实践困境,又面临交叉学科建设的概念悖论、组织悖论和人才培养悖论。学科建设关系论依托学者与学者、学者与问题、问题与问题之间诸种关系稳定联结的概念重塑,在概念认识、设立范式和发展逻辑上实现对组织论的扬弃。关系论视野中的学科建设以问题为导向,强化研究的需求关联;以方法为工具,畅通学者的交流渠道;以学科链条为载体,实现学科集群和学科生态的有机融合。Based on the practical experience of discipline construction in China and with the organized development of disciplines as its core, the organizational theory of discipline construction, linked with knowledge management and institutional improvement, has been generated. Currently, as scientific development gradually shifts toward the era of interdisciplinary science identified by cross-disciplinary research, the organizational theory of discipline construction faces practical difficulties induced by conceptual tension, such as "over-organization" and "over-knowledge", as well as conceptual, organizational, and talent training paradoxes in cross-disciplinary construction. Relying on the idea of reshaping the concept of stable connections among scholars and scholars, scholars and problems, and problems and problems, the relational theory of discipline construction achieves the elevation of organizational theory in terms of conceptual understanding, paradigm setting, and development logic, From the perspective of relational theory, discipline construction is problem-oriented, strengthening the demand correlation of research;using methods as tools to facilitate communication channels among scholars, and using the disciplinary chain as a carrier to achieve organic integration of disciplinary clusters and ecological systems.
