摘　　要：将思政教育贯穿在大学生生涯规划和就业指导中,可帮助大学生树立正确的就业观,也是落实立德树人教育任务的关键。在大学生生涯规划和就业指导中,蕴含着丰富的思政资源。在课程思政背景下,可以促使多学科融合,从而发挥课程思政的教育功能。分析了“大学生生涯规划与就业指导”课程思政开展现状,提出了“大学生生涯规划与就业指导”课程思政建设路径。Integrating ideological and political education into college students'career planning and employment guidance can help college students establish a correct employment concept,which is also the key to implementing the task of moral education.There are abundant ideological and political resources in college students'career planning and employment guidance.In the context of ideological and political education in the curriculum,the educational function of ideological and political education in the curriculum can be fulfilled by promoting the integration of multiple disciplines.The current situation of ideological and political education in the course of“College Student Career Planning and Employment Guidance”is analyzed,and the path for ideological and political education construction in the course of“College Student Career Planning and Employment Guidance”is proposed.
