应用3D打印新技术的“模型制作”课程教学改革研究

摘　　要：3D打印技术作为一种新兴的快速成型技术,近年来广泛应用于产品模型制作领域。对于产品设计专业的学生而言,“模型制作”是一门核心课程,它要求学生根据不同材料进行模型的设计与制作,旨在培养学生综合应用与实践操作的能力。3D打印新技术的发展与应用,为传统的模型制作方法带来了巨大改变。本文在分析课程特点与现状的基础上,从教学内容、教学方法、教学考核等方面进行了教学改革研究,提出了改革措施,以期提高课程的教学质量,为培养出与时俱进、技艺结合、富于创造性的综合性设计人才奠定坚实基础。3D printing technology,as an emerging rapid prototyping technology,has been widely used in the field of product modeling in recent years.For students majoring in product design,Model Making is a core course,which requires students to design and produce models according to different materials,and aims to cultivate students’ability of comprehensive application and practical operation.The development and application of new 3D printing technology has brought great changes to the traditional model making method.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the course and the current situation on the basis of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching assessment and other aspects of teaching reform research,put forward reform measures,in order to improve the teaching quality of the course,in order to cultivate with the times,skills combination,rich in creativity,lay a solid foundation for comprehensive design talents.
