摘  要:随着我国疾病谱、医学模式的转变,叙事医学促进医患沟通良性发展的人文属性使临床决策富有温度与情怀。中医药的整体观、治未病,以及辨证论治等观念与叙事医学尊重人、理解人、以患者为中心的精神有一定共通性,叙事医学与中医药人才培养息息相关。本研究基于当代中医学生的思想行为特点,以“大医精诚”和以问题为基础的(Problem-based Learning,PBL)理念为中医学生医德教育的理论基础,将叙事医学教学法(Narrative-based Learning,NBL)教学法运用于中医专业低年级、中年级,以及高年级学生教学中,并着重分析高年级学生平行病历案例中体现的叙事医学点位,充分把握当前医学院校医学人文教育的存在问题。通过不断创新教学模式,改善教学手段,依托NBL教学法探索建立内容完善、功能齐全、运行科学、成效显著的中医药医学人文教育新体系,为医学事业培养德医双修、仁心仁术的专业人才,促进“医文结合”,更好地服务人类健康事业。With the change of disease spectrum and medical mode in China,the humanistic attribute of narrative medicine,which promotes the good development of doctor-patient communication,makes clinical decision-making full of warmth.The holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),preventive treatment of disease,and syndrome differentiation and treatment have some common features with the spirit of respect,understanding and taking patients as the centre in narrative medicine,and narrative medicine is closely related to the cultivation of TCM talents.Based on the thought and behavior characteristics of contemporary TCM students,this paper takes the concept of “superb skill and sincerity of a master physician” and problem-based learning(PBL) as the theoretical basis of medical ethics education for TCM students,applies narrative-based learning(NBL) teaching method to the teaching of junior,intermediate grade and senior students of TCM major,focuses on analyzing the narrative medicine points reflected in parallel medical record cases of senior students,and fully grasps the existing problems of medical humanistic education in medical colleges and universities.Through continuous innovation of teaching mode and improvement of teaching methods,a new system of TCM humanistic education with complete content,complete functions,scientific operation and remarkable results is explored and constructed relying on NBL teaching method,so as to cultivate professional talents with noble virtue,superb skills,and benevolent mind and heart,promote the integration of medical sciences and humanities,and better serve the cause of human health.
