摘　　要：致泻大肠埃希菌是一类能引起食源性疾病的重要致病性微生物,在世界范围内造成重大疾病负担。建立快速、灵敏的致泻大肠埃希菌检测技术是预防和治疗疾病的关键。本文综述了致泻大肠埃希菌的快速检测技术,包括分子生物学技术、免疫学技术、生物传感器及基因测序技术,对各种快速检测技术的原理和应用实例进行了简要介绍,为优化和开发新的检测方法提供参考。Diarrheagenic Escherichia coli(DEC)is an important pathogenic microorganism that cause foodborne disease and are responsible for a large burden of disease globally.Rapid and sensitive detection technology for DEC are important to prevent and treatment disease.This paper reviews the rapid detection technology for DEC,including molecular biology technology,immunology technology,biosensor and gene sequencing technology.The principle and application of various rapid detection technology are briefly introduced to offer reference for developing and optimization new detection methods.
