摘  要:手语翻译是聋人与听人沟通的桥梁,社会的发展对手语翻译人才培养提出了更高要求。南京特殊教育师范学院手语翻译专业借鉴翻译人才培养先进经验,遵循手语翻译人才成长规律,对本科层次的手语翻译人才培养模式进行了积极探索,形成了以实践为导向、以能力为主线的“双语能力+手汉互译技能+职业素养+相关知识”应用型手语翻译人才培养模式,对推动手语翻译专业建设、培养高素质应用型本科人才、提升手语翻译人才培养质量、推动残疾人事业发展都具有重要意义,同时可为其他高校建设本科层次手语翻译专业提供借鉴。Sign language interpreter is a bridge between deaf people and listeners.The development of society puts forward higher requirements for the training of sign language interpretation talents.The major of sign language interpretation in Nanjing Normal University of Special Education has actively explored the training mode of sign language interpretation talents at the undergraduate level by drawing on advanced experience in the training of interpretation talents and following the growth law of these talents,and has formed a practiceoriented and competency-based applied sign language interpretation talents training mode of“bilingual ability+hand-Chinese translation skills+professional literacy+relevant knowledge”.It is of great significance for promoting the construction of sign language interpretation major,training high-quality applied undergraduate talents,improving the training quality of sign language interpretation talents,and promoting the development of the cause for the disabled.At the same time,it can provide reference for other universities to build sign language interpretation majors at the undergraduate level.
