摘 要:在信息化时代,高校外语教师的数字素养成为影响其教学效果和学生发展的重要因素,但当前高校外语教师数字素养水平参差不齐,导致教师教学效果和学生学习体验存在差异。为此,文章基于教育部《教师数字素养》标准框架,首先对高校外语教师的数字素养能力进行全面诊断,了解不同教龄和职称的教师数字素养能力是否存在差异。然后,文章验证了教龄、职称与数字素养能力的路径关系,构建了评价指标关系模型。最后,文章提出了高校外语教师数字素养的提升路径,旨在助力高校了解外语教师数字素养的现状及影响数字素养的因素,为高校外语教师数字素养的提升提供理论依据和实践指导,促进教育信息化的深入发展。In the information age,the digital literacy of college foreign language teachers has become an important factor affecting their teaching effectiveness and students’development.However,the current college foreign language teachers’digital literacy level is uneven,leading to differences in teachers’teaching outcomes and students’learning experiences.Therefore,based on the standard framework of“Teacher Digital Literacy”of the Ministry of Education,this paper firstly conducted a comprehensive diagnosis of the digital literacy capabilities of college foreign language teachers to understand whether there were differences in digital literacy capabilities among teachers with different teaching ages and professional titles.Then,the paper verified the path relationship between teaching ages,professional titles,and digital literacy competence,and subsequently obtained an evaluation index relationship model.Finally,the paper proposed a pathway for enhancing the digital literacy of college foreign language teachers,aiming to assist colleges in understanding the current state of foreign language teachers’digital literacy and its influencing factors,provided theoretical basis and practical guidance for the enhancement of digital literacy of college foreign language teachers,promoting the in-depth development of educational informatization.
