摘　　要：实验教学是大学授课的一项重要内容,也是培养学生掌握实践应用能力的核心环节,在电子技术行业快速发展和对人才提出新需求的时代背景下,对目前《电工与电子技术》实验环节授课进行分析和讨论,总结出其所存在的问题,并针对相应问题进行探索,提出一系列解决方案使得培养方式贴合时代的发展。Experimental teaching is an important part of university teaching,and it is also the core link of cultivating students'ability to master practical application.In the context of the rapid development of the electronic technology industry and the new demand for talents,the current"Electrical Engineering and Electronic Technology"experimental link teaching is analyzed and discussed,the existing problems are summarized,and the corresponding problems are explored,and a series of solutions are proposed to make the training method fit the development of the times.
