城市轨道交通工程技术专业跨学科师资队伍建设探析

摘　　要：城市轨道交通工程技术专业是城市轨道交通建设的专科专业,为各地城市轨道的建设输出大量技术人才。由于缺少城市轨道土建方面的本科专业,城市轨道交通工程技术的专业教师队伍不能完全满足该专业人才培养的需求。因此需要加强师资队伍建设、优化师资结构、提升教师跨学科教学水平。以江苏城市职业学院城市轨道交通工程技术专业为例,分析了目前师资队伍存在的问题,提出了该专业师资队伍建设的4个建设路径,并分析了阶段性成果和未来成效。以上方法的提出旨在解决存量师资与新设置专业需求不匹配的突出问题,可为其他开设城市轨道交通工程技术专业的高校提供师资队伍的建设思路。The urban rail transit engineering technology major is a specialized subject for professional training of urban rail transit construction,which outputs a large number of technical talents for the construction of urban rail transit in various cities.Due to the lack of undergraduate majors in urban rail civil engineering,the professional teaching team of urban rail transit engineering technology cannot fully meet the needs of the professional personnel training.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teaching staff,optimize the structure of teaching staff,and improve the interdisciplinary teaching level of teachers.Taking the urban rail transit engineering technology major of City Vocational College of Jiangsu as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current teaching staff,puts forward four construction paths for the construction of the professional teaching staff,and analyzes the phased achievements and future achievements.The above methods are proposed to solve the outstanding problem that the stock of teachers does not match the needs of the newly set major,which can provide the construction ideas of the teaching staff for other universities establishing urban rail transit engineering technology specialty.
