摘　　要：构建新时代高校劳动教育实践体系是一项系统性工程,是教育改革发展的重要任务,也是培养创新型人才的重要途径。当前,高校劳动教育存在地位边缘化、内容同质化、劳动与育人分离化等问题,究其原因是劳动认知存在偏差、劳动教育机制不健全、劳动育人师资缺乏等原因所致。鉴于此,可以从完善系统要素,发挥劳动教育实践性功能;做好统筹规划,发挥劳动教育整体性功能;坚持多元协同,发挥劳动教育协同性功能等三个方面探索构建新时代高校劳动教育实践体系。Building a practice system of labor education in colleges and universities is a systematic project in the new era.It is an important task of educational reform and development.Also it is an important way to cultivate innovative talents.At present,labor education in colleges and universities has problems such as marginalized status,homogeneous content and separation of labor and education which are caused by biased labor cognition,imperfect labor education mechanism and lack of labor education teachers.In view of this,the construction mode of the labor education practice system is explored by analyzing the reasons for the systematic,unwhole and insufficient coordination of labor education.The constructive path is improving the system elements,doing a good job in overall planning and adhering to the practice system of labor education which could give play to its practical,holistic and collaborative functions.
