摘  要:本文立足于提高网络技术专业群人才培养质量,论述了欠发达地区高职院校计算机网络专业普遍存在的实训设备工位不足、设备更新换代跟不上信息技术的高速发展、传统人才培养模式难以满足多生源结构下不同生源及不同基础学生的学习需求、学生信息技术职业核心素养不足、工匠精神欠缺的等问题。创新与实践“龙头引领,四维共建,虚实结合”的方法,与行业龙头共建网络学院,共建专业课程和教材,共建虚拟仿真实训基地,共同开发虚拟仿真实训案例,把网络工程实训中难以实施、难以再现的场景,通过虚实结合的方式引入课堂中;采取“岗位对接,标准融合、模块化教学”手段,分级进阶、梯度递进人才成长通道,形成“岗课赛证”综合育人模式;破解了欠发达地区多元化生源背景下网络技术专业群人才培养中的难题,为区域内同类院校信息类专业教学改革提供了可借鉴、出成效的方法和途径。By focusing on improving the quality of talent cultivation in the field of network technology,this paper addresses the common problems in computer network majors in underdeveloped vocational colleges,such as insufficient training equipment workstations,equipment updates that cannot keep up with the rapid development of information technology,traditional talent cultivation models that are difficult to meet the learning needs of students with different backgrounds and backgrounds under a multi-source structure,insufficient core competencies in information technology,and a lack of craftsmanship spirit.Innovate and practice the method of“leading by leaders,four-dimensional co-construction,virtual and real integration”,co-build network colleges with industry leaders,co-build professional courses and textbooks,co-build virtual simulation training bases,jointly develop virtual simulation training cases,and introduce scenarios in network engineering training difficult to implement and reproduce into the classroom through the combination of virtuality and reality;adopting the methods of“job docking,standard integration,and modular teaching”,a hierarchical and gradient talent growth channel is formed to form a comprehensive education model of“job-course-competition-certification”.We have solved the difficulties in cultivating talents in the network technology major group under the background of diversified student sources in underdeveloped areas,and provided effective methods and approaches for the teaching reform of information majors in similar universities in the region.
