摘　　要：城市轨道交通是城市发展的重要支撑。地铁列车司机是保障安全行车的第一道防线。基于地铁列车司机工作的特殊性,从食品营养学角度出发,分析地铁列车司机对食品营养的需求,提高地铁列车司机的身体素质,为安全行车提供相应保障。Urban rail transit is an important support for urban development.Subway train drivers are the first line of defense to ensure safe driving.Based on the particularity of the work of subway train drivers,from the perspective of food nutrition,this paper analyzes the needs of subway train drivers for the nutritional effects of food,improves the physical fitness of subway train drivers,and provides corresponding guarantees for safe driving.
