摘 要:通过系统分析古今中外职业教育发展史,可以发现:当企业主体作用得到发挥的时候,职业教育就呈现良性发展;反之亦然。校企二者“合则双赢,分则两伤”。职业教育的职业性、社会性、开放性等特征,决定了职业教育办学不能闭门造车,必须联合各方多主体育人,建设行业产教融合共同体。当前,行业产教融合共同体建设存在着重成立轻建设、“穿新鞋走老路”和理论研究滞后等现实问题。建议通过探索实体化运行模式、落实企业办学的主体地位、构建评价体系和加强理论研究等措施,赋能行业产教融合共同体高质量建设和发展。Through systematic analysis of the development history of vocational education in ancient and modern times,both domestically and internationally,we have found that when the role of the enterprise as the main body is fully utilized,vocational education presents a positive development,and vice versa.Both colleges and enterprises“win together and lose together”.The vocational,social and open nature of vocational education determines that vocational education cannot be run in isolation.All parties must make joint efforts to educate talents and build a community of industrial and educational integration.At present,there are problems in the construction of such a community,such as emphasizing the establishment but neglecting construction,“wearing new shoes but following the old routine”,and lagging theoretical research.It is suggested to empower the highquality construction and development of the community of industrial and educational integration by exploring the mode of materialized operation,implementing the main position of the enterprise,constructing an evaluation system,and strengthening theoretical research.
