“职教高考”背景下职业教育“双师型”教师适应性评价研究

摘  要:“双师型”教师的适应性,关乎职业教育高质量发展与技能型社会的建设实效。在目的性、科学性、动态性等原则的指导下,结合“职教高考”宏观背景,分析职业教育“双师型”教师适应性评价现存的问题,在此基础上,构建职业教育“双师型”教师适应性评价指标体系,并提出具体评分方式。研究表明,从多面评价、多维评价、多层评价维度,结合过程与结果、内部与外部、定量与定性的具体实施策略,能够为职业教育“双师型”教师适应性评价提供新的工作思路与操作方法。The adaptability of“dualqualified”teachers is related to the highquality development of vocational education and the effectiveness of the construction of a skillbased society.Under the guidance of the principles of purpose,scientificity and dynamics,combined with the macro background of the“vocational education entrance examination”,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the adaptability evaluation of“dualqualified”teachers in vocational education,and on this basis,constructs the adaptability evaluation index system of“dualqualified”teachers in vocational education,and proposes specific scoring methods.The research shows that from multifaceted,multidimensional and multilevel evaluation,combined with the specific implementation strategies of process and result,internal and external,quantitative and qualitative,it can provide new ideas and operation methods for the adaptability evaluation of“dualqualified”teachers in vocational education.
