摘 要:目的 设计呼吸循环系统护理实训密室逃脱游戏教学方案,探讨应用效果。方法 采用整群方便抽样法,选择某医学院校2020级护生(n=54)为研究组,采用密室逃脱护理实训教学法;2019级护生(n=56)为对照组,采用情景教学法。总结研究组6维度学习成果完成情况,对比两组实训后的期中、期末考试成绩。结果 研究组6维度学习成果完成率100%,应用、分析、综合维度具有增值;呼吸循环系统期中、期末成绩研究组高于对照组。结论 呼吸循环系统密室逃脱护理实训教学整合了知识,可培养护生综合素质,提高护生学习兴趣和考试成绩,提升教学质量。Objective To design a teaching plan for the room escape game nursing practical training of respiratory circulation system and explore its application effect.Methods A cluster convenience sampling method was used to select Grade 2020 nursing students(n=54) from a medical college as the research group,and the escape room nursing practical training teaching method was adopted,Grade 2019 nursing students(n=56) in the control group and scenario based teaching method was adopted.Summarized the completion status of the 6-dimensional learning outcomes of the research group and compare the mid-term and final exam scores of the two groups after practical training.Results The completion rate of the 6-dimensional learning outcomes in the research group was 100%,and the application,analysis,and comprehensive dimensions get higher value.The mid-term and final grades of the respiratory circulation system in the research group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The respiratory circulation system room escape nursing practical training integrates knowledge,cultivates the comprehensive quality of nursing students,improves their learning interest and exam scores,and enhances teaching quality.
