摘 要:目的 了解急救护理技术培训中融入思政教学后本科护生的获得感,为护理管理者制订和完善临床急救护理技术培训方案提供依据。方法 采用描述性质性研究,以目的抽样法于2023年6—11月选取在广州市某三甲医院急诊科实习的本科护生为研究对象,开展半结构式访谈,运用Colaizz现象学7步分析法进行资料分析。结果 共提炼出3个主题7个亚主题:获得感的特征(心理层面、思想层面、行为层面);激发学习积极性(理论知识方面、操作技术方面);培训反馈(强化培训内容、完善评价方式)。结论 急救护理技术培训中融入思政教学给本科护生带来了积极体验,有助于塑造正确的价值观,提升职业道德水平,但仍需进一步完善培训方案,以期提高本科护生的急救专业技能和综合素质。Objective To learn nursing undergraduates′ sense of achievement after integrating Ideological & Political education into nursing undergraduates′ technology training of First-aid nursing,and to provide a basis for nursing managers to formulate and improve clinical technology training of First-aid nursing.Methods Descriptive research and purpo sive sampling was used to select nursing undergraduates who interned in the emergency department of a Grade-A hospital in Guangzhou Province from June to November 2023 as the research subjects.Semi-structured interviews were conducted,and Colaizzi phenomenological 7-step analysis was used for data analysis.Results Three themes and seven sub-themes were extracted:the characteristics of sense of achievement(psychological,ideological,and behavioral levels).Stimulate learning enthusiasm(in terms of theoretical knowledge and operational skills).Training feedback(strengthening training content and improving evaluation methods).Conclusion The integration of Ideological & Political education with technology training of first-aid nursing has brought positive experiences to nursing undergraduates,helping to shape correct values and improve professional ethics.However,further improvement of the training program is still needed to enhance the professional skills and comprehensive quality of nursing undergraduates in emergency care.
