协同育人背景下饲料企业参与人才培养的路径研究

摘　　要：在协同育人背景下,饲料企业可以参与到人才培养环节中,根据市场变化和自身需求定制培养专业化人才,从而提升人才培养质量,解决人才短缺问题。但饲料企业与高校之间的合作是否紧密,合作方式是否科学,这些因素都直接影响到人才培养的质量。为了更好推进协同育人进程,饲料企业与高校应关注当前人才培养中的问题,通过制定有效的应对策略来提高人才培养的质量和效率,促使校企合作的顺利达成。In the context of collaborative education,feed enterprises can participate in the talent cultivation process,customize and cultivate specialized talents according to market changes and their own needs,thereby improving the quality of talent cultivation and solving the problem of talent shortage.But whether the cooperation between feed enterprises and universities is close and whether the cooperation method is scientific directly affects the quality of talent cultivation.In order to better promote the collaborative education process,feed enterprises and universities should pay attention to the current problems in talent cultivation,and improve the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation by formulating effective response strategies,promoting the smooth achievement of school enterprise cooperation.
