摘  要:目的:为深入剖析就业歧视知觉对高职学前教育专业毕业生手机成瘾的影响,并探讨核心自我评价在就业歧视知觉与手机成瘾之间的链式中介作用。方法:研究采用就业歧视知觉量表、核心自我评价量表及手机成瘾量表,对贵州省5所高职高专774名毕业生进行问卷调查。结果:①高职学前教育专业毕业生的就业歧视知觉(2.746)、核心自我评价(3.420)得分偏高,手机成瘾(2.356)得分偏低;②高职学前教育专业毕业生的就业歧视知觉与手机成瘾呈正相关(r=0.372,P<0.01),核心自我评价分别与就业歧视、手机成瘾呈负相关(r=-0.388,-0.435;P<0.01);③核心自我评价在就业歧视知觉和手机成瘾之间起部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.181,占总效应的36.05%,就业歧视知觉通过核心自我评价间接影响高职学前教育专业毕业生的手机成瘾。结论:就业歧视知觉能够显著预测高职学前教育专业毕业生手机成瘾倾向,核心自我评价在二者之间起中介作用。Objective:To deeply analyze the impact of perceived employment discrimination on mobile phone addiction among vocational preschool education graduates,and to explore the chain mediating role of core self-evaluation between perceived employment discrimination and mobile phone addiction.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 774 graduates from five vocational colleges in Guizhou Province using the Perception of Employment Discrimination Scale,Core Self Evaluation Scale,and Mobile Phone Addiction Scale.Results:①Graduates from preschool education majors in vocational colleges had a higher perception of employment discrimination(2.746),a higher score in core self-evaluation(3.420),and a lower score in mobile phone addiction(2.356);②There was a positive correlation between the perception of employment discrimination and mobile phone addiction among vocational and preschool education graduates(r=0.372,P<0.01),core self-evaluation was negatively correlated with employment discrimination and mobile phone addiction,respectively(r=-0.388,-0.435;P<0.01);③Core self-evaluation played a partial mediating role between perceived employment discrimination and mobile phone addiction,with a mediating effect value of 0.181,accounting for 36.05% of the total effect.Perceived employment discrimination indirectly affected the mobile phone addiction of vocational preschool education graduates through core self-evaluation.Conclusion:Perception of employment discrimination can significantly predict the tendency of mobile phone addiction among vocational preschool education graduates,and core self-evaluation plays a mediating role between the two.
