摘  要:丁基胶是合成橡胶的一种,具有良好的化学稳定性、热稳定性以及优异的气密性和水密性。硅光伏电池是光伏新能源的主流技术,但随着硅光伏组件应用场景的多样化和环境条件的严苛,对其抗紫外、热应力、湿冻、湿热等抗老化性能有了更高要求,亟需开发高效光伏器件封装新技术,而丁基胶可以解决这一难题。在试验结果中,使用丁基胶封装的常规组件均表现出明显的抗老化性能改善,对银包铜电池进行丁基胶封装后的抗老化性能测试显示,其最大衰减率为2.38%,明显小于IEC61215对晶硅组件要求的5%。Butyl rubber is a type of synthetic rubber that has good chemical and thermal stability,as well as excellent airtightness and water tightness.Silicon photovoltaic cells are the mainstream technology of new photovoltaic energy.However,with the increasingly diversified application scenarios of silicon photovoltaic modules and more stringent environmental conditions,there are higher requirements for their anti-aging performance,such as UV resistance,thermal stress,wet freezing,and damp heat resistance.Therefore,it is urgent to develop new technologies for efficient photovoltaic device packaging,and butyl rubber can solve this problem.In the experimental results,the conventional modules encapsulated with butyl rubber show significant improvement in anti-aging performance.At the same time,the anti-aging performance test of silver clad copper battery after butyl rubber encapsulation show that the maximum attenuation rate is 2.38%,significantly less than 5%of the requirements of IEC 61215 for crystalline silicon modules.
