摘 要:高校音乐教育专业是培养中小学音乐教师的重要基地。义务教育音乐新课标对中小学音乐教师及高校音乐教育人才培养提出了新的要求。本文通过对新课标的解读和对高校音乐教育人才培养现状的分析,反思当前音乐教育人才培养模式存在的问题与挑战,并从四个方面提出新形势下探索音乐教育人才的培养路径:1)以核心素养培养为主线,更新教育理念;2)以实际应用为导向,创新课程设置与教学模式;3)拓宽评价维度,构建多元动态评估体系;4)促进多元融合,提升跨专业综合能力。The music education major in higher education institutions is crucial for training primary and secondary school music teachers.With the release and implementation of the new music curriculum standards for compulsory education(2022 edition),many new requirements and challenges have been put forward for both music teaching practices in primary and secondary schools and the development of music education professionals in higher education.This paper critically examines the challenges associated with talent cultivation in music education by providing an in-depth analysis of the new curriculum standards,along with an evaluation of the training objectives and curricular design for music education majors at higher educational institutions.It proposes four strategies to navigate the cultivation of music education talent under contemporary circumstances:1)prioritize core literacy development while updating educational concepts;2)innovate curricular design and teaching mode guided by practical applications;3)broaden assessment criteria to establish a multi-dimensional dynamic evaluation system;and 4)develop a comprehensive integration system to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration capabilities.
