摘　　要：实施职称评定制度是大力培育新型职业农民的重要举措,建立科学的职称评定指标有利于促进新型职业农民高质量发展。本文将从新型职业农民职称评定指标体系构建的物质维度、精神维度和生态维度三个方面进行阐述,试图对新型职业农民职称评定工作进行一些理论方面的探索。Implementing a professional title evaluation system is an important measure to vigorously cultivate new-type professional farmers.Establishing a scientific evaluation index system for professional titles is conducive to promoting the highquality development of new-type professional farmers.This paper will elaborate from three aspects:the material dimension,the spiritual dimension,and the ecological dimension of constructing the evaluation index system for the professional titles of newtype professional farmers,attempting to explore some theoretical aspects of the professional title evaluation work for new-type professional farmers.
