摘  要:随着食品行业对高水平技术应用人才需求的增加,高等院校需进一步加强对食品工程类专业技术人才创新能力的培养。以黑龙江八一农垦大学食品学院为例,分析了应用型本科院校在创客实验平台建设中存在的问题,探讨了基于创客实验平台的培养体系和管理制度的优化,强化师资队伍建设及推进项目驱动实施等解决办法,旨在为学生提供一个更加开放、创新、协作、共享的创新创业资源。With the increasing demand for high-level technical application talents in the food industry,higher education institutions need to further strengthen the cultivation of innovative abilities for food engineering professionals.This article took the Food College of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example to analyze the problems existing in the construction of maker experimental platforms in applied undergraduate colleges.It explored the optimization of the training system and management system based on the maker experimental platform,the construction of teaching staff,and the implementation of project driven solutions.The aim was to provide students with a more open,innovative,collaborative,and shared innovation and entrepreneurship resource.
