摘　　要：民以食为天,粮食的安全贮藏具有重要意义。辐照技术储粮是公认的经济有效的绿色技术,在粮食贮藏中发挥了很重要的作用。通过概述辐照技术,列举了辐照技术在粮食贮藏中的应用,对辐照储粮技术开发利用存在的问题和前景进行阐述,为辐照储粮技术的发展提供参考。Food is the top priority for the people,and the safe and green storage of food is of great significance.Irradiation technology for grain storage is widely recognized as an economically effective green technology,playing a very important role in grain storage.This article summarized irradiation technology,listed its applications in grain storage,and elaborated on the problems and prospects in the development and utilization of irradiation grain storage technology,providing reference for the development of irradiation grain storage technology.
