摘　　要：食品安全关系着国计民生,国内针对家庭厨房食品安全生产状况的研究较少。家庭厨房食品的安全生产可以减少、避免食品安全事件,共建健康中国。通过对厨房卫生、厨房食品污染、烹饪失当等方面分析,阐述了家庭厨房中可能发生的食品安全问题,并提出相应的建议举措。Food safety is related to the nation's livelihood,and there are few domestic studies on the status of food safety production in household kitchens.The safe production of household kitchen food can reduce and avoid food safety incidents and build a healthy China together.By analyzing kitchen hygiene,kitchen food contamination,and cooking misconduct,we described the possible food safety problems in the household kitchen and propose corresponding recommendations for initiatives.
