“基础化学”课程混合式教学实践——以烹饪与营养教育专业为例

摘　　要：“基础化学”是烹饪与营养教育专业的重要基础课程之一,该课程存在知识点较多,学习难度大,学生基础水平参差不齐以及课时少等问题.基于超星平台构建“基础化学”课程混合式教学模式,并进行混合式教学实践.结果表明,该混合式教学能够激发学生的自主学习能力,增强师生互动和小组互动,提高学习效果.“Basic Chemistry”is one of the important basic courses for the culinary and nutrition education major.There are some problems in this course,such as a large numbers of knowledge points,high level of difficulty in learning,uneven foundation of students and insufficient class hours.Thus,the blended teaching mode of“Basic Chemistry”course based on the Chaoxing platform has been practiced.The practice shows that it can enhance the students’autonomous learning,teacher-student interaction and group interaction,and improve the learning effect.
