摘 要:目的探讨护理临床实践教学师资职业倦怠的潜在类别,并分析各类别职业倦怠在教师教学效能感上的差异。方法采用一般资料调查表、职业倦怠量表和教师教学效能感量表对新疆某三级甲等教学医院的273名护理临床实践教学教师进行问卷调查,并进行潜在剖面分析及统计描述和差异性检验。结果护理临床实践教学教师职业倦怠可分为4个潜在类别:情感耗竭-低成就感型、高职业倦怠型、低职业倦怠型、情感耗竭-去人格化型。不同潜在类别职业倦怠的教师教学效能感量表各分量表得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理临床实践教学教师职业倦怠可分为4个类别,不同类别的职业倦怠群体在教学效能感上表现不一。提示管理者可采用正念调节等自我效能的干预策略,针对不同职业倦怠类别的教师制定相应策略,以便更好地应对并缓解职业倦怠问题,提升护理临床实践教学质量。Objective To explore the potential types of burnout among nursing clinical practice teaching teachers and analyze the differences in teaching efficacy among different types of burnout.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 273 nursing clinical practice teaching teachers from a Grade-A teaching hospital in Xinjiang with General Information Questionnaire,Burnout Scale,and Teaching Efficacy Scale for Teachers.Potential profile analysis,statistical description,and difference testing were conducted.Results The burnout of nursing clinical practice teaching teachers can be divided into four potential types:emotional exhaustion-low sense of achievement type,high burnout type,low burnout type,and emotional exhaustion-depersonalization type.There is a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the scores of the Teaching Efficacy Scale for Teachers with different potential type of burnout.Conclusion The burnout of nursing clinical practice teaching teachers can be divided into four types,and different types of burnout groups exhibit various levels of teaching efficacy.Managers can adopt self-efficacy intervention strategies such as mindfulness regulation to develop corresponding strategies for teachers of different burnout types,so as to better cope with and alleviate burnout problems and improve the quality of nursing clinical practice teaching.
