摘　　要：选取海南省一所地方医学院校(以下简称“A大学”)为实证研究现场,对该校教师国际化参与的现状及其影响因素进行调查。结果表明,应加强对教师开展国际化科研成果发表以及国际性科研项目合作的政策支持和资助。高校应该为普通教师提供更多跨境国际化的机会和平台,以提升其学术能力。学校也应鼓励更多拥有博士学位的教师参与到国际化教学领域,并采取措施加强用于国际化教学的经费资助和各方面的保障。A local medical colleges in Hainan Province(hereinafter referred to as"College A")was selected as the empirical research site to investigate the status and influencing factors of teachers'international participation in college.The results indicate that it is necessary to strengthen policy support and funding for publishing international research outcomes and collaborating on international research projects.Colleges should provide more cross-border internationalization opportunities and platforms for ordinary teachers to enhance their academic capabilities.The college should also encourage more teachers with doctoral degrees to participate in international teaching,and take measures to strengthen funding and comprehensive support for internationalized teaching.
