摘 要:目的调查规范化培训护士培训期间遭受教育欺凌现状,为预防和减少教育欺凌提供依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法,于2023年3月整群选取2021级和2022级在某三级甲等综合医院进行规范化培训的护士为研究对象。采用中文版护理教育欺凌行为量表对研究对象进行线上问卷调查,并在调查表后加上5个开放性问题。结果规范化培训护士护理教育欺凌行为量表总分为(23.16±7.02)分,4个维度得分从高到低排序依次为学业攻击行为、人格攻击行为、教育环境孤立行为、直接负面行为。规范化培训护士遭受护理教育欺凌行为的频率最高的前几项由高到低排序依次为:“你的意见、观点受到质疑”“有人质疑你的诚实和可靠性”“你不断地被分配超出自身能力的任务”“对方与你说话时没有眼神交流”“有人在背后说你的坏话或不实传言”和“你被迫去做打击自信心的任务”。规范化培训护士遭受护理教育欺凌行为的发生率为81.61%。结论规范化培训护士遭受教育欺凌行为的现状应引起教育管理者高度重视,应加强相关人员教育欺凌知识培训;采取管理措施,建立应对机制,以预防和减少教育欺凌行为的发生。Objective To investigate the status of standardized training nurses experiencing educational bullying behaviors,and provide a basis for preventing and reducing educational bullying.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select Grade 2021 and Grade 2022 nurses cohorts who received standardized training in a Grade-A comprehensive hospital as the research subjects in March of 2023.We conducted an online questionnaire survey on the research subjects with the Chinese version Bullying Behaviors in Nursing Education Scale,and added 5 open-ended questions after the survey.Results The total score of Bullying Behavior in Nursing Education Scale of standardized training nurses was(23.16±7.02)score,and the scores of the four dimensions were ranked from high to low as academic aggression behavior,personality aggression behavior,isolated behavior in educational environment and direct negative behavior.The highest frequency of bullying behaviors in nursing education among standardized training nurses,ranked in descending order is:"Your opinions and viewpoints are questioned""Someone questions your honesty and reliability""You are constantly assigned tasks beyond your abilities""There is no eye contact when the other person speaks to you""Someone speaks ill of you or rumors behind your back"and"You are forced to do tasks that undermine your confidence".The incidence of bullying behaviors in nursing education among standardized training nurses in this study was 81.61%.Conclusion The status of standardized training for nurses who suffer from educational bullying should be highly valued by education managers,and relevant personnel should strengthen education and training on bullying knowledge.So as to take management measures and establish response mechanisms to prevent and reduce the occurrence of educational bullying.
