摘 要:桥梁工程作为生命交通线的重要组成部分,保证其运营安全具有重要意义。为提高桥梁抗震能力设置的黏滞阻尼器系统,长期抗震性能受耐久性影响很大,存在过早破坏现象。利用统计对比方法,分析了不同结构类型桥梁阻尼器的工作状态,研究了可能造成阻尼器过早破坏和影响阻尼器耐久性的主要因素。结果表明,频繁且持续时间较长的交通荷载和风荷载是造成阻尼器过早密封失效的主要外因,而二者的累积叠加效应会加快疲劳破坏进程。在考虑桥梁减震需求和结构承受能力下,阻尼器设置数量越多,设计出力越大,对阻尼器长周期工作稳定性和耐久性越有利。As an important part of the traffic line of life,it is of great significance to ensure the safety of bridge operation.The long-term seismic performance of the viscous damper system install to improve the seismic capacity of bridge is greatly affected by durability,and there is a phenomenon of premature failure.Using the statistical comparison method,the working states of damper of different structural types of bridges were analyzed,and the main factors that may cause the premature failure of the damper and affect the durability of the damper were studied.The results show that frequent and long-lasting traffic load and wind load are the main external causes of premature seal failure of the damper,and the cumulative superposition effect of them will accelerate the fatigue failure process.Taking into account the shock absorption requirements of the bridge and the structural bearing capacity,the more dampers are installed,the greater the design output force,and the more favorable it is to the long-term working stability and durability of the damper.
