新时代“三全育人”视域下高校思政课实践教学研究

摘  要:在新时代背景下,“三全育人”已经成为高等教育重要的育人理念,其强调通过全员参与、全过程管理、全方位覆盖来共同培养社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,思政课承载着实现这一目标的重要职责。安徽省高校通过丰富的实践教学内容和形式,强化师资队伍建设,以及加强校内外资源整合,取得了显著成效,但也面临实践教学资源有限、效果评估体系不完善及师生实践教学认识不足等问题。高校应进一步创新实践教学模式,构建完善的评估体系,并加强对师生的实践教学意识培养,以全面贯彻“三全育人”理念,提高思政课教学质量和育人效果。Under the background of the new era,"three-whole education"has become an important concept of higher education,which emphasizes that through full participation,whole process management,and all-round coverage to jointly train the builders and successors of the socialist cause,ideological and political courses bear the important responsibility to achieve this goal.Colleges and universities should further innovate the practical teaching mode,build a perfect evaluation system,and strengthen the training of teachers and students'practical teaching consciousness,so as to fully implement the concept of"threewhole education"and improve the teaching quality and education effect of ideological and political courses.
