摘　　要：高校体育教师课程思政能力培养要做到体育专业教育和社会主义核心价值观教育相融共进,引导学生做社会主义核心价值观积极的传播者。目前,高校体育教师课程思政建设能力发展存在一定的不足。该文提出了不断提高体育教师在教学过程中深入挖掘思政教育素材的能力,不断强化体育教师开展体育课程思政的激励机制和保障机制,提高体育教师在教研方面的改革创新能力等思路和策略,以期实现立德与树人的有机统一。The cultivation of curriculum ideological and political abilities of college Physical Education(PE)teachers should achieve the integration and progress of PE professional education and socialist core values education,guide students to become models and active disseminators of core values in the new era.Currently,there are certain deficiencies in the development of ideological and political construction ability among college PE teachers.This article proposes ideas and strategies to continuously improve the ability of PE teachers to deeply explore ideological and political education materials in the teaching process,continuously strengthen the incentive and guarantee mechanisms for PE teachers to carry out ideological and political education in PE courses,and enhance the reform and innovation ability of PE teachers in teaching and research,in order to achieve the organic unity of Lide and Shuren.
