健康中国视域下淮安市高职院校体育教学改革反思研究

摘　　要：在健康中国视域下,高职院校的体育教学应当实现全面性、综合性、稳定性的目标。目前,淮安市的高职院校体育教学存在教学内容单一、教学目标单向、教学方法传统等问题,并且无法充分涵盖和应对健康中国相关的政策思想和精神目标。在现实中,淮安市的高职院校体育教学改革应当从以下角度出发进行完善和优化:在教学理念方面,应当构建多元化的教学目标,并将这些目标在评价层面进行体现,构建相应的后评价体系;在教学方法方面,应当引入新型教学工具和方法,来推动教学质量和效率的提升,并且能够促进学员提高主动性;在教学内容方面,应当充实思想政治、理论、实践等方面的内容。以上策略能够应对淮安市目前高职院校体育教学中存在的问题,并且对健康中国的基本价值追求和相关政策精神进行回应。From the perspective of Healthy China,Physical Education(PE)teaching in higher vocational colleges should achieve the goal of comprehensiveness,integration and stability.At present,there are problems in the PE teaching in vocational colleges in Huai'an City such as the singularity of teaching content,the unidirectionality of teaching objectives and the traditiality of teaching methods,which cannot fully cover and respond to the policy thoughts and spiritual goals related to Healthy China.in reality,The reform of PE teaching in higher vocational colleges in Huai'an City should be improved and optimized from the following perspectives:In terms of teaching objectives,diversified teaching objectives should be constructed,and these objectives should be reflected in the evaluation level,a corresponding post-evaluation system should be constructed;In terms of the teaching methods,new teaching tools and methods should be introduced,to promote the teaching quality and efficiency,and promote the initiative of the students;In terms of the teaching content,the contents of ideology and politics,theory and practice should be enriched.These strategies can deal with the current problems in PE teaching in vocational colleges in Huai'an City,and respond to the basic value pursuit of Healthy China and relevant policy spirit of Healthy China.
