摘 要:以“岗课赛证”综合育人模式推进职业教育“三教”改革,关键在于专业人才培养方案的顶层设计与制定。文章以高职院校工程造价专业为背景,分析当前高职院校专业人才培养方案制定过程中面临的困境,从“岗课赛证”综合育人模式内在逻辑、职业教育专业定位、职业教育书证融通、校企深度合作育人、岗位实习环节等方面研究高职院校专业人才培养设计及实施路径,以高质量人才培养方案促进“岗课赛证”综合育人实践。Promoting the"Three Teachings"reform in vocational education through the comprehensive educational approach of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"model hinges on the top-level design and formulation of specialized talent cultivation programs.This article,set against the backdrop of higher vocational colleges specializing in engineering cost management,analyzes the challenges currently faced in the development such programs.By examining the internal logic of the"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"comprehensive educational model,the positioning of vocational education specialties,the integration of vocational education with certification,deep collaboration between schools and enterprises,and the on-thejob internship components,this study explores the design and implementation pathways for talent cultivation.Ultimately,it aims to enhance the quality of talent cultivation programs to facilitate the practical application of the"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"comprehensive educational approach.Promoting the"Three Teachings"reform in vocational education through the comprehensive educational approach of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"model hinges on the top-level design and formulation of specialized talent cultivation programs.This article,set against the backdrop of higher vocational colleges specializing in engineering cost management,analyzes the challenges currently faced in the development such programs.By examining the internal logic of the"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"comprehensive educational model,the positioning of vocational education specialties,the integration of vocational education with certification,deep collaboration between schools and enterprises,and the on-the-job internship components,this study explores the design and implementation pathways for talent cultivation.Ultimately,it aims to enhance the quality of talent cultivation programs to facilitate the practical application of the"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"comprehensive educational approach.
