摘 要:安全职业素养教育是化工类学生综合素养教育的重要内容之一,为化工类学生提供科学的安全素养教育是学校义不容辞的责任和担当。文章从增设安全素养培养课程、夯实实践教学体系、提高教师实践教学能力和安全素养、完善理论课堂和第二课堂中安全素养教育内容、完善安全职业素养培养成效评估体系和培养体系的实施保障体系五个方面对构建安全职业素养培养体系进行探讨,以期引起全社会对化工安全素养教育的重视,推动化工类人才的全面培养。Safety professional literacy education is one of the important contents of comprehensive literacy education for chemical engineering students.Providing scientific safety literacy education for chemical engineering students is the school’s duty and responsibility that cannot be shirked.This article studies the construction of a safety professional literacy training system from five aspects:adding courses for safety literacy training,strengthening the practical teaching system,improving teachers’practical teaching ability and safety literacy,improving the content of safety literacy education in theoretical and second classrooms,improving the effectiveness evaluation system of safety professional literacy training and implemention guarantee system for the training system.The aim is to raise awareness of chemical safety literacy education in the whole society and promote the comprehensive cultivation of chemical engineering talents.
