摘 要:食品安全是关系到国计民生的重点话题,乡镇餐饮食品安全更是基层监管部门工作的重难点。基于此,本研究通过分析乡镇餐饮食品安全监管现状,发现乡镇餐饮食品安全监管存在经营者缺乏责任意识、餐饮经营硬件设备不完善、乡镇餐饮监管难度大、消费者维权意识不足等问题,并据此针对性地提出相应的优化措施,旨在提升乡镇餐饮食品安全监管质量和监管效率。Food safety is a key topic related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and township catering food safety is a major and difficult task for grassroots supervision departments.Based on this,by analyzing the current situation in township catering food safety supervision,this study concludes that there are problems in township catering food safety supervision,such as lack of responsibility consciousness of operators,imperfect catering operation hardware equipment,difficulty in township catering supervision,and lack of consumer awareness of rights protection,etc.Accordingly,corresponding optimization measures are proposed.It aims to improve the quality and efficiency of township catering food safety supervision.
