摘 要:本文系统总结了药食同源类食品的主要类型及其质量控制方法,重点分析了药食同源类食品质量控制中活性成分测定方法特异性不足、质量标准体系不完善以及缺乏过程质量监测等问题。针对这些问题,提出了建立基于生物活性成分的特异性检测方法、完善药食同源产品质量标准体系以及建立全过程质量控制模式等优化对策,以期为促进药食同源产业健康发展提供参考。In this paper,the main types of medicinal and edible homologous foods and their quality control methods are systematically summarized,and the problems of insufficient specificity of active ingredient determination methods,imperfect quality standard system and lack of process quality monitoring in the quality control of medicinal and edible homologous foods are analyzed.In order to solve these problems,the establishment of specific detection methods based on bioactive ingredients,the improvement of the quality standard system of medicine and food homology products,and the establishment of the whole process quality control mode were proposed,in order to provide a reference for promoting the healthy development of the medicine and food homology industry.
