摘  要:高效液相色谱技术因其高灵敏度、选择性和准确性,被广泛应用于农产品中的农药残留检测。本文旨在探讨高效液相色谱技术在农药残留分析中的应用现状及其面临的挑战。通过优化梯度洗脱条件、采用同位素内标法以及开发高选择性色谱柱,可有效提升其检测效能。这些方法可在提高检测灵敏度和分离度的同时,显著降低基质效应影响,为确保农产品质量安全提供有力的技术支持。High performance liquid chromatography technology is widely used for pesticide residue detection in agricultural and food products due to its high sensitivity,selectivity,and accuracy.This article aims to explore the current application status and challenges faced by HPLC in pesticide residue analysis.By optimizing gradient elution conditions,using isotope internal standard method,and developing highly selective chromatographic columns,its detection efficiency can be effectively improved.These methods can significantly reduce the impact of matrix effects while improving detection sensitivity and separation,providing strong technical support for ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.
