摘 要:随着职业教育和食品产业的深度融合发展,传统的教材建设模式已无法有效满足当前的教学需求。食品类专业教材建设应紧密结合食品产业发展趋势,实现教育与产业的有机结合。本文以食品类专业《饮料生产技术》教材为例,探讨产教融合背景下新型活页式教材的建设路径,以提高教学质量,培养与产业需求高度契合的高素质人才。With the deep integration of vocational education and food industry,the traditional teaching material construction model has been unable to effectively meet the current teaching needs.The construction of food teaching materials should be closely combined with the development trend of food industry to realize the organic combination of education and industry.This paper takes the teaching material"Beverage Production Technology"for food majors as an example to discuss the construction path of new loose-leaf teaching materials under the background of the integration of production and education,so as to improve the teaching quality and train high-quality talents highly in line with the needs of the industry.
