摘　　要：为改变课堂出现“重理论轻实践”和“重专业轻思政”的现象,提高学生对授课内容的兴趣,落实“育德”教育与实践。文章以研究生课程《禽营养研究专题》为例,以重塑教学理念和提升教学能力为切入点,分别从理论创新、思政育德和实践应用三个层面进行了教学改革。结果显示:理论教学方面,打破传统教学安排,实现课程教学模块化,授课思路清晰,层次分明(P=0.05);创新混合式智慧教学方法,丰富教学策略,提高了学生的学习热情和兴趣,课程满意度显著提高(P<0.05);思政育德方面,立足专业课程充分合理挖掘思政元素,体现专业课程的隐性育人特色,课程思政“育德”效果显著提升(P<0.05);实践创新方面,建立“双师型”师资队伍,显著提升课程与产业联系紧密度(P<0.05)。研究表明改革后教学效果显著提高,对培育新农科高素质专业化人才具有重要的现实意义。To change the phenomenon of"emphasizing theory over practice"and"emphasizing majors over thinking and politics"in the classroom,students′interest in the teaching content was improved,and the education and practice of"cultivating morality"were implemented.Taking the postgraduate course Special Topic of Poultry Nutrition Research as an example,this paper carried out the teaching reform from three aspects:theoretical innovation,ideological and political education and practical application.The results showed as follows:In terms of theoretical teaching,the traditional teaching arrangement was broken,the course teaching was modular,the teaching ideas were clear and the hierarchy was clear(P=0.05);The innovative blended wisdom teaching method enriched the teaching strategy,improved the learning enthusiasm and interest of students,and significantly improved course satisfaction(P<0.05).In terms of ideological and political education,based on professional courses,ideological and political elements are fully and reasonably explored,reflecting the hidden characteristics of professional courses,and the effect of ideological and political education on moral education is significantly improved(P<0.05).In terms of practice and innovation,a"doublequalified"teaching team was established,which significantly improved the closeness between curriculum and industry(P<0.05).The results showed that the teaching effect was significantly improved after the reform,which had important practical significance for cultivating high-quality professional talents in the new agricultural science.
