摘　　要：开展食品冷链物流和防控标准化建设,可以规范冷链物流操作、减少病毒传播、提高物流效率、完善管理制度。本文总结冷链物流标准化现状及问题,在运输标准化、贮藏标准化、配送标准化和制度标准化方面重点分析研究,构建涵盖服务通用基础标准体系、服务保障标准体系、服务提供标准体系和岗位标准体系的标准体系框架,提出优化标准体系、提高标准可操作性、扩大标准体系宣贯以及进行标准实施监督与改进等标准体系发展建议。The standardization construction of cold chain logistics and prevention and control of food can standardize cold chain logistics operations,reduce virus transmission,improve logistics efficiency and improve management systems.This paper summarizes the current situation and problems of cold chain logistics standardization,and focuses on the analysis and research of transportation standardization,storage standardization,distribution standardization and system standardization.It establishes a standards system framework covering the general basic service standards system,service guarantee standards system,service provision standards system and post standards system,and proposes some suggestions on the development of the standards system,such as optimizing the standards system,improving the operability of standards,expanding the publicity of the standards system,and carrying out the supervision and improvement of standards implementation.
