摘　　要：职业生涯规划教育对高校学生的个人成长与未来发展具有重要意义。随着教育理念更新以及技术的进步,以往的教学模式难以完全满足学生的个性化需求。因此,探索符合标准化要求且能够体现差异化的教学模式,成为现阶段高校亟待解决的问题。基于此,本文探讨了高校职业生涯规划标准化教学模式及差异化教学模式的构建,并对标准化与差异化教学模式的整合进行研究。Career planning education is of great significance to college students’personal growth and future development.With the renewal of education concept and the advancement of technology,the former teaching mode is difficult to fully meet the individual needs of students.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem for colleges and universities to explore the teaching mode that meets the requirements of standardization and can reflect the difference.Based on this,this paper discusses the construction of standardized teaching mode and differentiated teaching mode of college career planning,and studies the integration of standardized teaching mode and differentiated teaching mode.
