科教融汇视域下高职商科院校服务产业能力思考——以广西国际商务职业技术学院为例

摘  要:基于产教融合的良好基础开展科教融汇工作,创新学校发展的顶层设计,针对新形势下商科高职院校服务产业能力开展探索研究。与时俱进,及时引入新兴科技,重构商科院校人才培养内涵,通过新质生产力完善学校产业服务能力,服务于学校内涵建设。根据社会需求调整学校专业结构、优化人才培养方案、探索产教融合新路。通过与教学教改协同、与师资团队建设共生、与教学资源建设同步的多层面科教融汇行动提高人才培养质量,提升高职商科职业院校服务产业能力。Based on the solid foundation of industry education integration,we will carry out the integration of science and education,innovate the top-level design of school development,and explore and research the service industry capabilities of commercial vocational colleges in the new situation.Keep up with the times,timely introduce emerging technologies,reconstruct the connotation of talent cultivation in business colleges,improve the industrial service capabilities of various majors and fields in the school through new quality productivity,and serve the construction of the school's connotation.Adjust the school's professional structure according to social needs,optimize talent training programs,and explore new paths of industry education integration.By coordinating with teaching and educational reform,coexisting with teacher team building,and synchronously integrating science and education with teaching resource construction,we aim to improve the quality of talent cultivation and enhance the ability of vocational colleges in serving the industry.
