摘  要:为研究不同燃烧室结构对国六当量重型天然气发动机性能的影响,通过台架试验分析了相同压缩比下缩口型和碗型两种不同燃烧室结构对发动机燃烧、性能和排放的表现。发动机台架试验结果表明:与采用缩口型燃烧室结构对比,发动机采用碗型燃烧室结构时,燃烧初期火焰传播速度快,火焰发展期、快速燃烧期缩短,燃烧相位靠前,但受到火焰面发展不对称的影响,燃烧持续期延长。此外,燃烧速度的提升缩减了火焰传播到末端混合气的时间,拓宽了爆震边界,在低转速1100r/min工况,相比缩口型燃烧室结构,发动机采用碗型燃烧室结构,燃气消耗率下降2.15%,CH 4排放下降23%,涡前排温下降了2%。在高转速1700r/min工况,燃气消耗率下降2.65%,CH 4排放下降16%,涡前排温下降了5.8%。To study the impact of different combustion chamber designs on the performance of a heavy-duty natural gas engine compatible with China 6 emission standards,a bench test was conducted to analyze the effects of two types of combustion chamber structures,necked-in and bowl-shaped,on engine combustion,performance,and emissions under the same compression ratio.The engine bench test results showed that compared to the necked-in combustion chamber structure,the bowl-shaped combustion chamber structure exhibited faster flame propagation during the initial combustion phase,resulting in a shorter flame development and rapid combustion period,and an earlier combustion phase.However,due to asymmetric flame surface development,the combustion duration was prolonged.Additionally,the improved combustion speed reduced the time for the flame to propagate to the end of the mixed gas,thereby widening the detonation boundary.At a low speed of 1100r/min,compared to the necked-in combustion chamber structure,the engine with a bowl-shaped combustion chamber showed a 2.15%reduction in gas consumption rate,a 23%decrease in CH 4 emissions,and a 2%drop in turbine inlet temperature.At a high speed of 1700r/min,there was a 2.65%decrease in gas consumption rate,a 16%reduction in CH 4 emissions,and a 5.8%decline in turbine inlet temperature.
