摘 要:在两台相同型号的国六柴油发动机上,研究了不同老化程度的机油对柴油发动机性能和排放特性的影响。通过向发动机注入不同老化程度的机油,在发动机台架上进行性能及排放测试,研究了机油老化程度对发动机性能、原机排放、尾气排放(经过后处理之后的排放)的影响。结果表明:随着机油老化程度的增加,发动机性能呈现出轻微降低的趋势;原机排放中NOx呈现上升趋势;尾气排放中CO呈现轻微上升趋势,NOx和PN呈现较大的上升趋势,此外,随着机油老化程度越高,尾气排放NOx排放水平增长速度加快。The effects of different aging degrees of oil on the performance and emission characteristics of two GuO-6 diesel engines of the same model were studied.The effects of oil aging degree on engine performance,original engine emissions and exhaust emissions(emissions after post-treatment)were studied by injecting different aging degrees of oil into the engine and conducting performance and emission tests on the engine bench.The results show that the performance of the engine decreases slightly with the increase of the aging degree of the oil.The NOx emission from the original engine showed an increasing trend.CO showed a slight upward trend in exhaust emissions,and NOx and PN showed a larger upward trend.In addition,with the higher the degree of oil aging,the growth rate of exhaust emission NOx emission level accelerated.
