摘  要:本研究分析了纤维素纳米纤丝(CNF)/普鲁兰酶(Pul)体系对淀粉膜性能的影响。结果表明,CNF/Pul体系处理后的淀粉具有更高的短程有序性及更多的双螺旋结构,且淀粉晶型中出现了B型特征峰。CNF/Pul体系处理后得到的淀粉膜具有良好的表面均匀性和机械性能,该膜的拉伸强度从2.44 MPa(Nature-StF)增至7.32 MPa(CNF/Pul-StF),增加了2倍。光/水蒸气透过率测试结果表明,CNF/Pul体系处理后的淀粉膜具有更好的光学透过性,且对水蒸气阻隔性能有一定的增强作用。CNF/Pul体系处理后淀粉膜的光学透过率从49.3%~51.2%(Nature-StF)增至56.1%~60.1%(CNF/Pul-StF),且水蒸气透过系数从9.26×10^(−12)g·cm/(Pa·s·cm^(2))(Nature-StF)减至6.33×10^(−12)g·cm/(Pa·s·cm^(2))(CNF/Pul-StF)。This study analyzed the effect of cellulose nanofibril(CNF)/pullulanase(Pul)system on the performance of starch film.The results showed that the CNF/Pul treated starch exhibited higher short-range orderliness and more double helix structure,and there were additional Btype typical peaks existing in the treated starch.The obtained starch film with CNF/Pul treatment had good surface uniformity and better strength property.The tensile strength of starch film was increased from 2.44 MPa(Nature-StF)to 7.32 MPa(CNF/Pul-StF),with a 200%increase.The results of the light/water vapor transmittance test indicate that the starch film treated with the CNF/Pul system had better opti‐cal transmittance and a certain enhancement effect on the water vapor barrier performance.The optical transmittance of starch film treated with CNF/Pul system increased from 49.3%~51.2%(Nature-StF)to 56.1%~60.1%(CNF/Pul-StF),and water vapor transmission index,decreased from 9.26×10^(−12)g·cm/(Pa·s·cm^(2))(Nature-StF)to 6.33×10^(−12)g·cm/(Pa·s·cm^(2))(CNF/Pul-StF).
