“双高计划”背景下高职留学生人才培养质量提升研究——基于留学生汉语教学视角

摘　　要：“双高计划”为高职院校留学生教育提供了新的发展机遇,同时也提出了新要求。当前,高职院校留学生教育距“双高计划”所指向的“高质量”发展尚存一定差距。作为留学生教育的关键课程,汉语教学是影响留学生人才培养质量的关键因素。目前,高职院校留学生汉语教学中存在师资队伍专业化水平偏低、生源质量不达标、课程设置忽略职教“底色”等问题。为提高留学生汉语教学水平,提升高职教育国际化水平,应优化师资队伍,提升师资水平;多方联动,提升生源质量;整合资源,重构课程体系。“Double-high Plan”provides new opportunities as well as requirements for overseas students’education in higher vocational colleges.However,the current education for overseas students falls behind the high-qualified development directed by“Double-high Plan”to some extent.As the key course for overseas students,Chinese teaching plays a critical role in influencing overseas talent training quality.Currently,there are such problems with Chinese teaching for overseas students in higher vocational institutes as teachers’professional skill being at a low level,the student source being not up to standard,and the curriculum neglecting the characteristics of vocational education.To improve Chinese teaching for overseas students and higher vocational education internationalization,it is necessary to promote teachers’level of expertise by optimizing the teaching team,improve the quality of student source with cooperation of multiple parties,and restructure the curriculum system by integrating resources.
