摘　　要：随着产业发展的不断变革,高等教育面临着如何培养符合产业化需求的高素质人才的问题。以研究生培养为核心,探讨了基于产业化需求与实践教学的创新培养策略。首先,分析产业发展趋势和人才需求,调整和优化课程设置;其次,注重实践教学,提高学生的实际操作能力和解决问题的能力;最后,加强学校与企业的合作,促进产学研结合。通过这些改革措施,旨在为我国培养更多符合产业发展需求的高素质人才。With the continuous evolution of industries,higher education is facing the challenge of cultivating high-quality talents that meet industrialization needs.This article focuses on graduate education and explores innovative training strategies based on industrial demands and practical teaching.Firstly,the analysis of industry development trends and talent demands facilitates the adjustment and optimization of curriculum settings.Secondly,emphasis is placed on practical teaching to enhance students’practical skills and problem-solving abilities.Lastly,strengthening collaboration between schools and enterprises promotes the integration of academia and industry.The aim is to cultivate more high-quality talents in line with industrial development needs in China through these reform measures.
