基本心理需要对医学生生命意义感的影响:有调节的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨医学生基本心理需要与生命意义感的关系,并在此基础上探索心理韧性的中介作用和自我概念的调节作用。方法:采用随机整群抽样法选取安徽省某医学院校824名在校医学生,使用生命意义感量表(MLQ)、基本心理需要量表(BPNS)、心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)和田纳西自我概念量表(TSCS)进行问卷调查。结果:医学生生命意义感、基本心理需要、自我概念、心理韧性两两均呈正相关(P<0.05);心理韧性在医学生基本心理需要和生命意义感间起部分中介作用;自我概念在医学生心理韧性与生命意义感间起调节作用(β=-0.003,t=-4.199,95%CI:-0.004~-0.002)。结论:基本心理需要既直接作用于医学生的生命意义感,又间接通过心理韧性作用于医学生的生命意义感,自我概念可以缓冲基本心理需要对医学生生命意义感的影响。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the basic psychological needs of medical students and their sense of meaning in life,and based on which to explore the mediating role of psychological resilience and regulatory role of self-concept.Methods:By randomized cluster sampling,we conducted a questionnaire survey on 824 students from a medical college in Anhui Province by using the Basic Psychological Needs Scale(BPNS),Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Tennessee Self Concept Scale(TSCS)and Meaning of Life Scale(MLQ).Results:The sense of meaning in life,basic psychological needs,self-concept,and psychological resilience of medical students were in significant positive correlation(P<0.05);Psychological resilience was in partial mediating role between medical students′basic psychological needs and the sense of meaning in life,and self-concept played a regulatory role in medical students′psychological resilience and sense of meaning in life(β=-0.003,t=-4.199,95%CI:-0.004,-0.002).Conclusion:Basic psychological needs not only directly affect the sense of meaning in life,but also indirectly produce effect on the sense of meaning in life of medical students through psychological resilience,and self-concept can moderate the impact of basic psychological needs on the sense of meaning in life of medical students.
