摘 要:梁漱溟与晏阳初作为近代乡村教育运动的典型代表,为农民教育提供了重要的思想基础与践行措施,但两者在农民教育推进上有本质的区别。梁漱溟农民教育思想主要依托于中国传统文化,注重社会本位教育与古法改革式教育;晏阳初农民教育思想则主要以西方文化为参考,注重以人为本教育与西方现代式教育。通过比较梁漱溟与晏阳初农民教育思想,分析两者在农民教育方面的异同,可以为乡村振兴视域下的高素质农民培养提供现实启示:重视因地制宜、因材施教,坚持知识与技能教育并举,打造一支高素质师资队伍。Liang Shuming and Yan Yangchu,as the typical representatives of the modern rural education movement,provided important ideological basis and practical measures for farmer education,but there are essential differences between them in the promotion of farmer education.Liang Shuming’s thoughts on farmer education mainly rely on Chinese traditional culture and pay attention to the social standard education and the reform education of ancient law;Yan Yangchu’s thoughts on farmer education mainly refer to western culture,and pay attention to people-ori-ented education and western modern education.By comparing Liang Shuming’s and Yan Yangchu’s thoughts on farmer education and analyzing their similarities and differences in farmer education,this paper can provide practical enlightenment for the cultivation of high-quality farmers in the perspective of rural rejuvenation:high-quality farmer training should pay attention to local conditions,teach students according to their talents,in-sist on both knowledge and skill education,and build a team of high-quality teachers.
